Who Can Apply

This programme is designed specifically for Malaysians who have experienced involuntary job loss and are actively looking to re-skill.
- Eligibility Criteria
- Malaysian citizen or Permanent Resident
- Experienced involuntary job loss (retrenchment, VSS/MSS, company restructuring, or constructive dismissal)
- Contributed to EIS/SOCSO for a minimum of 12 months in the past 24 months
- Aged 18 to 60 years old
- Holds an active personal bank account
- Open to all races— Chinese, Indian, Bumiputera, and all Malaysians welcome
- Not Eligible If…
- You resigned voluntarily (without legal cause)
- You were dismissed for serious misconduct
- You took optional or mandatory retirement
- Your fixed-term contract simply expired
- You are a civil servant or self-employed

No. The full RM4,000 training fee is paid directly by PERKESO to PEOPLElogy. You pay nothing out of pocket at any stage.
Absolutely not. This programme is open to all Malaysians — regardless of race, background, or religion. If you are a Malaysian citizen or PR who has experienced involuntary job loss, you are welcome to apply.
Unfortunately, voluntary resignations are not covered under EIS unless there was legal cause (e.g., sexual harassment, non-payment of wages, or dangerous working conditions). If unsure, contact PEOPLElogy and we can advise you.
To qualify for EIS benefits, you must have contributed to SOCSO/EIS for at least 12 months within the 24-month period before your date of job loss. This is calculated automatically by PERKESO’s system.
The RM200 Grab Voucher is exclusive to applicants who enrol through PEOPLElogy’s portal. It is disbursed upon successful enrolment confirmation.
PERKESO typically completes document verification within 7–14 working days. First payment or approval notice usually arrives within 14 days of verification. You must apply within 60 days of your last day of work.
