1. Organiser

The “Enrol & Win” Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by PEOPLElogy Berhad (“Organiser”).

2. Campaign Period

The Campaign runs from 11 August 2026 (12:00 AM MYT) until 31 December 2026 (11:59 PM MYT).

3. Eligibility

Participants must:

• Be a Malaysian citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Be aged between 18 and 60 years old.
• Have experienced involuntary job loss and meet the eligibility requirements under the Employment Insurance System (EIS/SIP).
• Successfully enrol into an eligible PEOPLElogy programme through the EIS/Lindung Kerjaya initiative during the Campaign Period.
• Have an approved enrolment before the respective Grand Draw closing date.

Employees of PEOPLElogy Berhad directly involved in organising this Campaign and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

4. Campaign Mechanics

• Every successful and approved enrolment during the Campaign Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Grand Draw.
• No purchase, social media posting or additional registration is required.
• Each approved enrolment counts as one entry only.

5. Grand Draw Schedule

The Campaign consists of two Grand Draws:

• Grand Draw 1: On or before 30 September 2026
• Grand Draw 2: On or before 31 December 2026

Participants who have not won in the first draw may remain eligible for the second draw, subject to the Organiser’s final campaign mechanics.

6. Prizes

The total prize pool per quarter consists of:

• 1 × iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB
• 2 × GoPro HERO Cameras
• 2 × Apple AirPods Pro

The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of similar value should circumstances require.

7. Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected through a random draw from all eligible entries.
• Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided during enrolment.
• If a winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts or is found to be ineligible, the Organiser reserves the right to select a replacement winner.

8. Prize Redemption

Winners must:

• Present their NRIC or identification for verification.
• Provide proof of approved enrolment if requested.
• Collect their prize at the designated PEOPLElogy office or accept courier delivery if arranged by the Organiser.
• Claim their prize within 30 days from notification.

Unclaimed prizes after 30 days may be forfeited and redrawn.

9. Publicity

By participating, winners agree that the Organiser may use their name, photograph, video and likeness for promotional and publicity purposes without additional compensation.

10. Personal Data

Personal data collected will be processed in accordance with PEOPLElogy’s Privacy Policy and solely for the purposes of campaign administration, winner verification and related communications.

11. General

• The Organiser’s decisions are final and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
• The Organiser reserves the right to amend, postpone, suspend or terminate the Campaign or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Participation in the Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
