1. Eligibility

1.1 Remained the same

1.2 Eligibility is limited to participants of the YP ALTI training under the Peoplelogy Scholarship.

1.3 Participation in the contest is deemed to be an acceptance of all terms and conditions herein.

2. Contest Period

2.1 The content is valid until 31 December 2025, unless otherwise extended or terminated by PEOPLElogy Group at its sole discretion

2.2 Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.

3. How to Participate

3.1 Participants must complete all the following steps to qualify:

  • Enroll in PEOPLElogy – Yayasan Peneraju ALTI Programme.
  • Post must be made after the class starts and within one week after the training ends.
  • Use these hashtags in your LinkedIn post to qualify: #PeoplelogyScholarship + #PPLGYSS01 (your batch hashtag)

3.2 Each participant is allowed to submit [1 or multiple] entry/entries.

4. Judging Criteria & Winner Selection

4.1 Entries will be judged based on the following criteria:

  • Usage of correct hashtags
  • Tagging: The official LinkedIn page must be tagged: @peoplelogyscholarship
  • Content: Must be original and reflect a genuine learning journey.
  • Visibility: LinkedIn post must be set to public.

4.2 A panel of judges appointed by PEOPLElogy will manually review all eligible entries and select winners based on the above criteria.

4.3 Entries will be disqualified if they meet any of the following conditions:

  • Content is irrelevant, plagiarized, or clearly AI-generated.
  • Posted after the one (1) month deadline.
  • Tagged the wrong account or no tag included.
  • Post is private or not publicly viewable.
  • Missing or incorrect hashtags.

4.4 All decisions made by PEOPLElogy and its judges are final and binding. No appeals will be entertained.

5. Prizes

5.1 Prizes: Each month, selected winner(s) will receive one of the following prizes, subject to availability and at the sole discretion of PEOPLElogy:

  • Grand Draw Prize: MacBook Air M2
  • Apple AirPods Pro (2nd Generation)
  • Apple Watch SE
  • Samsung Galaxy Tab A9
  • Kindle Paperwhite (inclusive of credits)
  • Apple iPad (9th Generation, 64GB)
  • Consolation Prizes: RM50 Grab vouchers (automatically given upon enrolment)

5.2 Important Note: The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.

5.3 Substitution Clause: PEOPLElogy reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent or greater value without prior notice.

6. Winner Notification

6.1 Winners will be selected based on creativity, originality, impact, and posting frequency.

6.2 Winners will be notified via Email / Direct Message / Phone Call and must confirm their acceptance within 72 hours

6.3 Failure to respond within the given timeframe will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be chosen.

7. Rights Granted to PEOPLElogy

7.1 By entering this contest, you grant PEOPLElogy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, and publish your entry (including your name, images, and content) for promotional purposes across any media, globally, without additional compensation.

7.2 Participants waive all rights to inspect or approve the final use of their content.

8. Disqualification

8.1 PEOPLElogy may disqualify any participant who:

  • Tampers with the entry process.
  • Violates the contest rules.
  • Engages in fraudulent or inappropriate conduct.

8.2 The following entries will be disqualified:

  • Incomplete or misleading entries.
  • Offensive or plagiarized content.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 PEOPLElogy and its affiliates will not be held liable for:

  • Any lost, late, or corrupted entries.
  • Technical failures or disruptions.
  • Any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.

10. Privacy Policy

10.1 Personal data collected will be used for contest administration and future PEOPLElogy promotions, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

10.2 To access, correct, or withdraw your consent regarding your personal data, please contact us at farhana@peoplelogy-project.com.

11. General

11.1 PEOPLElogy reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this contest and its terms at any time without notice.

11.2 Any disputes that arise will be resolved at the sole discretion of PEOPLElogy and under the laws of Malaysia.

11.3 This contest is not sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with any social media platforms used for its promotion.
