1. Eligibility

1.1 This Early Enterprise Advantage is available to organisations that subscribe to the Talent Enterprise Membership during the official launch period. 

1.2 The offer is valid for subscriptions confirmed between 12 January 2026 and 28 February 2026. 

2. Pricing Advantage Application

2.1 Eligible organisations onboarding during the launch period will receive enterprise-equivalent per-user pricing, reflecting a pricing advantage of up to 40% compared to standard individual rates. 

2.2 This pricing advantage applies regardless of the number of users subscribed during the launch period. 

2.3 The applicable pricing is applied automatically upon subscription confirmation and does not require a separate request. 

3. Nature of Offer

3.1 This offer is not a discount, rebate, or promotional markdown. 

3.2 It represents early access to enterprise pricing logic, made available to organisations onboarding during Talents Enterprise launch phase. 

4. AdditionalUser Access

4.1 Organisations may increase the number of users at any time during the launch period. 

4.2 Users added during the launch window will be subject to the Early Enterprise Advantage pricing, where applicable. 

4.3 Any additional users added after the launch period will be subject to Talents Enterprise standard tiered pricing structure prevailing at the time of addition. 

5. ActivationProcess 

5.1 To proceed with subscription, organisations are required to complete an ROI Validation Session with Talents Enterprise team. 

5.2 Upon confirmation of subscription, the applicable Early Enterprise Advantage pricing will be automatically reflected in the organisation’s account. 

6. Non-Repeatability& Limitations

6.1 The Early Enterprise Advantage is a time-bound launch offer and will not be extended beyond 28 February 2026. 

6.2 This pricing access will not be repeated once standard tiered pricing structures are fully enforced. 

6.3 The pricing advantage has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for other benefits. 

Talents Enterprise reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer in compliance with applicable laws, provided that confirmed subscriptions during the offer period remain unaffected.
