1. No Refund Policy

1.1 Finality of Sale

All payments for the Annual Training Pass are final. Once the payment is processed, the fee is deemed fully earned and non-refundable, regardless of the user’s actual usage or participation level.

1.2 Change of Mind/Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted for changes in the user’s personal schedule, employment status, or a “change of mind” regarding the curriculum.

1.3 Service Continuity

In the event of a scheduled course cancellation by the provider, the user is entitled to join a rescheduled session or an alternative course; however, this does not trigger a refund of the annual fee.

2.Non-Transferable Accounts

2.1 Individual Assignment

Each account is tied to a specific named individual (the “Registered User”). The benefits, access rights, and course certifications are exclusive to that person.

2.2 Prohibition of Substitution

The Registered User cannot “hand off” their access to others. If the Registered User leaves their organization, the pass will be deactivated.

3.No Account Sharing

3.1 Credential Responsibility

The Registered User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity occurring under the account is the sole responsibility of the Registered User.

3.2 Monitoring and Enforcement

System monitoring is in place to detect simultaneous logins from different IP addresses or geographical locations. Multiple concurrent sessions may lead to an automatic temporary lockout.

3.3 Breach Consequences

Any evidence of account sharing, including but not limited to sharing passwords or broadcasting live sessions to non-registered viewers, will result in immediate termination of the account without a refund and a potential permanent ban from future programs.

3.4 Identity Verification

We reserve the right to request photo identification or corporate email verification at any time to ensure the person attending the training matches the account holder.

4. Usage & Access

4.1 Course Availability

Users have access to up to 100 courses, specific class dates and virtual class slots are subject to availability and “first-come, first-served” booking.

4.2 Fair Booking Limits

To ensure equitable access:

  • A company may book a maximum of five (5) seats per class per course
  • A Registered User may hold up to three (3) active course bookings at any one time

4.3 Course Changes & Updates

PEOPLElogy reserves the right to add, remove, or modify course content and trainers throughout the year without prior notice to ensure the curriculum stays relevant.

4.4 Fair Usage Policy

To prevent botting or scrapers, PEOPLElogy can limit the number of concurrent sessions or the total number of certifications a user can claim within a specific timeframe.

5. Commitment & Conduct

5.1 Attendance and No-Show Policy

PEOPLElogy reserves the right to disable user access for those who did did not attend class upon booking confirmation. Cancellation or rescheduling is only allowed within 72-hours of class commencement.

5.2 Learning Etiquette

Users must switch on camera as it affects their attendance report. Failure to switch on camera will result in not being able to book future courses and subsequently classify as “No-Show”.

5.3 Assessments and Evaluations

Users must complete pre/post assessment & evaluation survey truthfully as it affects their performance review. Failure to complete assessment & survey will result in not being able to book future courses and subsequently classify as “Incomplete”.

5.4 Participant Conduct

PEOPLElogy reserves the right to terminate pass access without a refund if a user is disruptive, uses abusive language, or violates the “Code of Conduct” during training sessions.

6. Intellectual Property & Legal

6.1 Intellectual Property Rights

All training materials (slides, videos, labs, handouts) are for personal use only and cannot be reproduced, recorded, or redistributed.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

PEOPLElogy do not guarantee specific outcomes like job placements, salary increases or passing 3rd-party certification exams.

6.3 Pass Renewal

PEOPLElogy will notify client 3-months prior to expiration of Annual Training Pass.

Your use of TALENTS Enterprise is also governed by our Privacy Policy & PDPA Policy, which explains how personal data is collected, used, stored, and protected.
